The fund is targeting a fourth-quarter first close of $15 million to $20 million.

4. Workbox Secures $17.5 Million in Series A Funding

Workbox, a flexible workspace provider, raised $17.5 million in Series A funding led by Chicago Atlantic. An additional $5.5 million is available as an option. This funding will be utilized to expand Workbox’s footprint across the United States, with new locations already announced in Chicago and Dallas.

Kin Insurance, a tech company offering homeowners customized coverage and claim services, raised $33 million in September 2023. Led by QED Investors, this round strengthens Kin’s liquidity and fuels further growth.
